Two candle holders by Gunnar Nylund for Rorstrand, 1930s

These beautiful monochrome white, early modernist candle holders are made from chamotte porcelain and were designed by Gunnar Nylund for Rorstrand, Sweden. They bear incised or sgraffito decoration with a frieze of loops around the crown and vertical lines around the stem. Height 6cm x Diameter 10cm.
