GAB Bronze Letter Holder, Sweden, 1930s

A beautifully patinated, solid bronze letter holder or letter rack with lions feet detail, by GAB Bronze, Sweden, 1930s. Designed by Jacob Ängman and typical of Art Deco or Swedish Grace style. One of the fixings on the underside has been replaced with a modern bolt, but this is not visible when in use and so does not detract. Height 10 cm x Width 15 cm x Depth 9 cm.
